We expect all returned items to include original packaging, manuals and materials. We would like our products returned like you received them. Items not returned in its original box – will not be accepted.
We understand that sometimes the wrong item was ordered, you changed your mind, etc. Please contact us immediately, if you wish to cancel your order. Once an order has shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges of the order. If the order already shipped, please call us and let us know. We will ask that you refuse shipping on the order and credit you less the actual shipping charges.
ITEMS YOU RECEIVE THAT ARE DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE
Items arriving at your location with exterior damage to the box should not be received. Please contact us immediately so we can make arrangements for a return/replacement. If the item is damaged, please put all packaging as it arrived back into the box. Notify the delivering company that you will not accept delivery of the item.
Orders arriving damaged/broken will be replaced by Obar. Please contact us as soon as possible, via phone (973-697-0112) or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
All items are shipped via UPS Ground (most affordable/reliable method). In the rare instance an item you ordered is on backorder, we will notify you to that fact.
